PaXcel
is an Excel add-in that allows you to create dynamic spreadsheets, that link directly in to your Pastel GL accounts. Retrieve account descriptions, balances, budgets for range of accounts and periods. You can still use PaXcel to retrieve GL Balances and Budgets. But in addition you can now retrieve Customer outstanding & sales balances, Supplier outstanding & sales balances and Sales Analysis balances including Gross Profit and sales figures. In addition you can retrieve inventory balances including opening balances, sales, purchases, adjustments and unposted figures, as well as inventory sales. Use your Microsoft Excel skills and the new formulas to create spreadsheets the way you want them. Don't let your creativty be suppressed. Use Excel graphing, grouping and all the other Excel standard functionalities to produce the Profit/Loss, Customer Sales, Customer Aging, Supplier Purchases, Supplier Aging and Inventory reports.

Record tasks with follow-up dates against customers and prospects, indicate which user should follow-up. View Customer Invoice and Order History along with outstanding balances. View the complete customer quotation/Order or Invoice by double-clicking a transaction. The screen displays the full details of the product/services being ordered/invoiced in both home and customer currency. All VAT and discounts are also included on the screen. List the outstanding tasks in either grid view or in a weekly calendar view. Display only your open tasks or all users open tasks. Prospect details can be easily converted directly to your Pastel accounts, transferring all additional contacts and activities that have been recorded, using the CRM-Lite Transfer Wizard. Select the Prospect to transfer and complete the settings such as invoice currency, statement method, discounts, default pricing, credit terms and limits and CRMLite will automatically transfer the details directly to Pastel. As well as capturing activity/tasks against your existing Customers and Prospects, CRM lite also allows you to capture Sales opportunities. Give some brief details of the work/job, expected sales values and costs, start dates and close dates and the current status of the opportunity. You can even record the percentage probability of winning the order. If the opportunity relates to products you sell you can also assign these to the opportunity. Summary and detail listings of your opportunities and produce expected sales values against actuals.
