Remote support is offered to our customers when it is not necessary for a consultant to come onsite.
Download the VNC connector from www.agca.co.za/agcasupportw7.exeand select the consultant name from the list, this will allow them to access your PC remotely for a single session only.
Please note that the consultant will be able to see all information open on your screen, kindly ensure that anything of a confidential nature is closed before initiating connection. For your security you will be able to monitor the consultant's movements on screen but we ask you not to participate in the session unless requested to do so by the support consultant.
Remember these are single sessions only so you need to ensure the consultant you are wanting to connect to is in office and has the VNC connection open and waiting.
This is a support session and the relevant consulting time will be charged.
